Vreme pripreme:
5 minuta (3h u zamrzivaču)
Potrebno:
- 100g zamrznutih malina
- 120g kokosovog brašna
- 5-6 kašika agavinog sirupa (ili nekog drugog tečnog zaslađivača)
- 50ml kondenzovanog kokosovog mleka (najgušći deo!)
- kašičica vanilla ekstrakta
- 40g crne posne čokolade
Način pripreme:
- Sve sastojke osim crne čokolade izmešajte u blenderu.
- Postavite u manju činiju oblika pravougaonika ili kocke i postavite na papir za pečenje.
- Istopite crnu čokoladu, pa pospite od gore.
- Ostavite u zamrzivaču 3 sata.
Isekla sam na manje kockice i dobila sam 15 komada.
